Shipping and delivery
How much is delivery?
Tracked delivery is $8.50 NZ wide, no matter how many letters you order.
Where do you currently deliver?
We currently only deliver exclusively within New Zealand.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each letter is individually personalised and carefully prepared just for your child.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
You'll receive an email once your order is on its way.
When should I order for Christmas delivery?
We recommend ordering early to make sure your letter arrives with plenty of time for a little Christmas magic.
Our final recommended order date for Christmas delivery will be shared closer to Christmas. Orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas Day.
