Shipping within New Zealand
The Dispatch House currently delivers within New Zealand. Orders are sent using a tracked NZ Post service to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Processing & dispatch
As each letter is individually personalised and prepared, please allow time for your order to be created before dispatch. Current processing times and Christmas order cut-off information can be found on our Delivery page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary, particularly during the busy Christmas period. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays can occasionally occur outside our control.

Damaged or missing orders
