Which letter should I choose?
Choose a Single Child Letter for a letter written especially to one child.
Choose a Family Letter for two or three siblings, or for a letter addressed to your whole family. Simply enter your children’s first names (e.g. Coco, Gigi and Charlie) or your family name (e.g. the St Clair family) when personalising your letter.
What is included with my letter?
Each order includes a beautifully personalised letter from Santa, printed on premium card and tucked inside a keepsake envelope addressed especially to your child.
The envelope is finished with beautiful gold foiling, North Pole-inspired postage stamps and our signature gold wax seal. Each wax seal is individually made and every stamp is placed by hand, meaning no two letters are quite the same.
It’s all part of making each letter feel as though it has travelled all the way from Santa himself.
How is my letter personalised?
Every letter is created using the special details you share with us when ordering.
You can tell Santa about something your child has done this year, a favourite family moment or adventure, and a little detail for their P.S. We carefully weave these into their letter so it feels personal, natural and unmistakably theirs.
Their name is also added to the letter and individually written on the front of their envelope.

Our Family Letter is designed for siblings to share. It is addressed to the children together and includes special details and memories from your family, creating one magical letter for everyone to open and enjoy together.
When should my child open their letter?
The letter purposely doesn’t mention Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, so you can choose when the magic arrives. Enjoy it anytime throughout December, when the tree goes up, after a visit to Santa, or on a cosy evening together. You might even make it a new family Christmas tradition.
What age are the letters suitable for?
Our letters are designed for children who still believe in a little Christmas magic.
There’s no perfect age, younger children may love having their letter read aloud to them, while older children can discover all the special details Santa knows about their year for themselves.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
As each letter is individually personalised and prepared, we can only make changes if we haven’t yet started creating your order. Once your letter has been prepared, we may not be able to make any further changes.
Can I preview my letter before it is sent?
We don’t send a preview of your finished letter before it is prepared.
Your letter will be carefully created using the details you provide, so please take a moment to double-check names, spelling and personalisation before completing your order.
Can I open the letter before giving it to my child?
Absolutely. The envelope is intentionally left unsealed, allowing you to read the letter before giving it to your child. We’ve designed it this way to prevent damage from opening, so the envelope and its beautiful wax seal can be kept as part of the keepsake for years to come.
