By placing an order with The Dispatch House, you agree to the following terms.

Personalised orders
Our letters are personalised using the information you provide when placing your order. Please check all names, addresses and personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Once we have begun creating your personalised order, changes may not be possible. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thedispatchhouse.com

Orders and payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Payment is required at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfil it.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and correct. Estimated dispatch and delivery information can be found on our Delivery page.

While we take care to prepare and package every order securely, delivery timeframes may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds
As our letters are personalised and created specifically for each recipient, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please see our Refund Policy for information about damaged, faulty or incorrect orders.

Our products
Our products are created as keepsakes and decorative correspondence. As each order is individually prepared and finished, minor variations may occur between products.

Website information
We aim to ensure the information, photographs and pricing on our website are accurate. We may update our products, pricing or website content from time to time.

New Zealand law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
